Partner
Andrew has more than 30 years of experience, focusing on business valuation, litigation support and expert witness services. He has been qualified as an expert and has testified before various levels of Canadian courts and in private arbitrations.
Tim Martin
Partner
Tim has more than 15 years of experience, focusing on business valuation, litigation support and expert witness services. He has been qualified as an expert and has testified before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and in private arbitration.
Paul Moroney
Partner
Paul has been providing business valuation and litigation support since 2004. His experience with business valuations includes privately held business securities, employee stock options and restricted share awards. Paul’s expertise in financial litigation support includes loss quantification, forensic investigation, and funds tracing.
Jason Silver
Partner
Since 2011 Jason has been offering business valuation and litigation support. He has prepared and critiqued numerous expert reports related to business securities valuation and financial litigation support matters, including in connection with family law, commercial litigation, shareholder and partner disputes, forensic investigation, estate planning and corporate reorganizations.

Principal
Sean has more than 12 years of professional experience and has specialized in business valuation and litigation support since 2015. Sean has prepared and critiqued numerous expert reports in connection with business securities valuation and financial litigation support matters, including those related to shareholder and partner disputes, commercial litigation, forensic investigation, family law, estate planning and corporate reorganizations.
Marisa Dionisi
Senior Associate
Prior to focusing on business valuation and litigation support services at Verity, Marisa worked in the audit and assurance practice of a multi-national accounting firm in Toronto serving financial institutions.
Marisa is pursuing the Chartered Professional Accountants Canada (CPA Canada) membership and successfully completed the Common Final Examination (CFE) in 2022. She is currently a Registered Student of the CBV Institute (the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators).
